Terms of Sale
STANDARD POLICIES
- ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL 4 WEEKS PRIOR TO SCHEDULED DELIVERY DATE
- Delivery and/or removal access is the customer's responsibility. The location must be ready and safe for delivery to take place.
- Any and all payments are refundable only at Tasco Appliances' discretion.
- Any returns, exchanges or cancellations may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Product specifications are for planning purposes only and are subject to change without notice. Refer to installation instructions shipped with the product before cutting cabinets, counters, panels, etc.
- Tasco assumes no liability for product specifications.
- Portions of your personal information may be shared with manufacturers and distributors in order to validate the product warranty and/or ensure the proper maintenance of your products.
- All product remains the property of Tasco Appliances until paid in full.
- Interest of 18% per annum will be charged on overdue accounts.
- This sales invoice is based on delivery within 6 months from date or purchase. After 6 months (or if market conditions adversely change) Tasco reserves the right to review pricing/delivery on this order and offer our customers options to accommodate these changes. Any and all date sensitive supplier promotions are exempt from the 6 month price guarantee and must be taken by the promotional delivery deadline.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
- All authorized returns and exchanges on new, unused, undamaged product are subject to a 25% restocking fee, refundable upon approved inspection of the unit(s) once returned to our warehouse.
- You may cancel your order at any time before delivery, but if your product has already been ordered from the manufacturer and/or received at our warehouse, you may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- All returns and exchanges must be authorized in writing prior to drop-off or pickup of products.
- If an exchange is authorized, we will complete the exchange for the same model. A re-selection will be offered if no replacement is available.
- No returns or exchanges on used or installed products.
- All authorized returns or exchanges must include all included accessories and manuals
Warranty
- All product is sold with a minimum 1-year manufacturer's warranty and customer agrees to accept service in accordance with the terms of this warranty.
- All product defects or recalls are subject to the manufacturer's warranty.
- All defects will be assessed by a technician prior to a return being authorized.
